Coffee

Vietnam, coffee culture, some of the best and some of the worst coffee. This is a weasel coffee farm in Da lat. this is the second time I have tried the coffee and both times I have been dissapointed, if your going to feed berrys to a big fat rat and then remove the coffee beans from its poop to serve up, I would expect something mind blowing. but its just as good as most other high end coffee. oh well, at least I finally put some images back up.

  1. One is left to wonder exactley what flavour is expected ? odour de rat , intestine of a rodent ? Excremental. I know there are varius items pooped by animals and considered a delicacy in the humonoid community but I cannot see what flavour odure de rat would be . Dissapointing is probably understatement. No wonder you were able to survive drinking the water !!

  2. I was going to say its a pity you did not think of your old dad and send some (I have a electric coffee grinder now as I could not spend several days with the manual one ) but coffee care of rat droppings would be a step to far

  4. intrigued I looked this up it is the Asian palm Civet . QApperentley it was easier to let the civet do the collecting than doing it yourself. Now as you say its farmed so the main point is lost but it does enable them to hype the price in America .
