Coffee

Vietnam, coffee culture, some of the best and some of the worst coffee. This is a weasel coffee farm in Da lat. this is the second time I have tried the coffee and both times I have been dissapointed, if your going to feed berrys to a big fat rat and then remove the coffee beans from its poop to serve up, I would expect something mind blowing. but its just as good as most other high end coffee. oh well, at least I finally put some images back up.

house smarts.

More from Vietnam soon. But this is today. Spent in the garden back in nz. Thining out the carrots in December gives me some biggish baby carrots to put in the oven. All pics taken with smart phone again.

Wanaka massive.

Take a picture with my first ever smartphone and upload it. At an old bosses house, looking after his veggie garden for free accommodation. Sounds like win win to me. More of motorbiking across Nam soon.

Got my Camera stolen form a sandwich stall (on my birthday!) So all my pictures where taken with it. I had a backup camera so I continued to snap pictures with a different one, however as I was so upset 'China' the lovely Chinese lady you can see on the back of the scooter sent me these pictures to try make up for the horrible behavior of some scum of the earth! ghuu hum, sorry.  
Somehow, because I had the real motorbike I always ended up carrying the heaviest person, however these scooters had more power then poor little slikkster (the bikes name).

Nha Trang Beer.

What A lovely drop, worth a visit, don't be scared by the price. Generally a more costly beer is a hand craft luxurious silk water. Maybe that's over the top but after a month of drinking Sigon green, the 50 cent beer I was happy to have a more tasty beverage.

Driving north from Ho Chi Min. Some interesting places to eat, the top picture we where served water that seemed to have come straight out of the grime coloured river that ran through the town. you may also notice it is half empty, always check before you drink, school boy error. But I did make a friend in the same place, the last picture.
Also just to rant, I have been sent a email from youtube telling me a video I uploaded has been muted, because the soundtrack is copyrighted. I made no money from this, I used the music because I liked it, it took me a long time to edit the (rubbish) video, I was not claiming this famous song as my own, the video has about 6 views, and yet because of some retard in the fad based music machine industry I am not allowed to use and share music that I have not created from scratch myself.

Not just out of Sigon. In fact I can't tell you where this actually is, but I can tell you most would have turned back. The pictures do not do the road Justice, I believe we where driving in a river bed after some rain, the bikes where not designed to do it, but check out the view when we did. One of the best days of my life.
