Truck Fest 2012

Well the time-line is a bit out, this festival was a few months ago but procrastination got the better of me and I never got round to posting some pictures of truck festival 2012. Great fun , very chilled out festival with great mix of bands, hats of the the guys who run it, I have never had a bad time there.
As you can tell I played around with the images... Why? because I want to.

Veggie.

I have been told that this was not the best summer for growing your own food, well, with around 30 days of sun at the most I am not supprised, however, this being my first attempt I think my enthusiasum helped my plants a long some what.
My best creature being the huge tomato plant (third picture down) that showed no signs of stopping its epic growth even after I clipped its wings. The plant was a 'moneymaker' tomato (tho I like to call it the Jan Harler dominator!), ether way, I can see why the name was given to it, with almost no effort I must have harvested several kgs of beautiful sweet tommies, I would say (in my limited expertise) a must for the first time grower.
Note Damon Davis and his lurverly rut veg mmmmmm.

Sunset On A Plane

Just a note: why do Ryan air think it is ok to short change you on there flights? Both on the way to and from Spain I was told there was no change for the drinks I bought, I had to later chase them down for a whole 6 Euros which was so easily forgotten by the stewardess, Flight was fine and the pilot did his best to avoid turbulence but my advice if flying Ryan...don't shop on board.

Alicante castle and some plants, Spain style.
