many times you take a picture in Cuba its impossible not to capture America as well. Obviously now we would call these cars Cuban, and rightly so, some many Cuban man hours have gone into keeping cars with no spare parts running for so many years.
Most of your average Cubans want to see America back with open arms, and from what I saw its almost a 'cool' statement to plaster stickers of the apple logo on your car windows, or dress in the stars and stripes.
There are I understand a number of chinese and russian vehilces. I believ some of the old American cars have lada deisel and such like engines . I dont no what you have yet to post but their are I believe chinese buses and coaches and that basically other communist countrys stepped into the space left by America . Its not apparent here and it would seem the old 50s cars are the main transport, They are no matter what people say a statement and a head turner. Nobody will put a 2014 peugot in a film in 40 years time. Love it , love it all
